How I Stop Snaking.
Welcome today to my blog, am happy i stop snaking today. Do you know that back then in college i hadly do anything without snacks.let not even go there first. Right from crege 1. My mum usually tell me Edidiong you like too much biscuit especially when it comes to sugary things. Well that was then ,not now again. I can still remember in high school that if i have loads of assignment, i will be on top of my laptop almost everytime to work out solutions to my problems ( school work). I will just stack lots of buscuit in a plate as i get boared i get one in my mouth, at least it keeps me busy and company to do the work.
But Do you know the bad side of it, hahaha! Its exciting, intresting but you may be eating out your life. How? The truth is whatever gets into the blood is because of addiction to a thing. I had serious malaria and i was dignose of many things which sn acking was among. When i started my blogging about myself and the craziest thing i do ,why i do them, why they are my bad habits, how i dealth with them i realize that i used about 5 methods to quit dieting/snacking.
So if your a snack freak like me who will put some biscuits to toilets in my trousers back then your here to get solutions. I mean the same exacts ways i discovered to quit snacking.
5 Methods To Stop Snacking
- Dont replace real food with snacks, snacks should be taken in between meals and after meals. Dont depend on it as food it may cause ulcer to your body system. Those days when they use to give me money for snacks i will keep it in the house so i dont but stuff like that. To crown it all be discipline.
- Dont eat unless you feel hungry, reason is once you get yourself stuff up eith snacks it will look like you are ok! But you are not. You cant replace real food with snacks. So i normally waith in my own case till am hungry before i eat.
- I dont eat because am bored or stressed i eat for the right reason.
- There are conditions you try to stop but you cannot, my mum use to tell me there is noting prayer and God cannot do so i employed that method too and after a while i had victory.
